Refund Policy

Rebootgut Healthcare Pvt Ltd ("RebootGut") offers digital coaching programs. Because seats are reserved with a practising dietitian upon payment, refunds are limited.

Within 48 hours of purchase, if no discovery call or coaching session has occurred and no personalised plan has been delivered, you may request a full refund by emailing info@rebootgut.com with your order ID.

After a coaching session has begun, or after 48 hours (whichever is earlier), fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion for documented medical emergencies preventing continuation.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
